Army ECMS Project Summary Enterprise Content Management Services is a centralized, authoritative library of more than 2,400 electronic forms and publications. ECMS is web-accessible, secure, accessed through Army Knowledge Online (AKO), and available for use by anyone in the Department of Army (DA). ECMS provides the Army with an enterprise solution to manage the lifecycle of departmental publications and forms; supports electronic publishing processes; integrates horizontally across administrative, technical, equipment, training, and doctrine publications; and integrates vertically between departmental publications and agency and command publications.
